Dr. Lisle has degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of New Mexico and Syracuse University. He has been involved with computers since 1959. He is an expert C/C++ Programmer and has taught evening classes in C++ Language at Chapman University and University of Phoenix for many years. He also has expertise in database design and Clip-4-Win, having developed the the windows version of the CardSenders software. His real talent is in doing that which others say is impossible.

Panola Lisle has degrees from Ohio University and University of New Mexico. She has been programming computers since 1961. She has developed many applications ranging from a real time operating system to an immunization tracking system. Panola also has expertise in C/C++, having added many enhancements to the HUB Computer Medical Systems while responsible for its maintenance. She is certified in Access 2002.
